Now, kindly note that while you book the trip to Stunning Adventure Pvt. Ltd., you are consenting to be bound by Terms and Conditions and in addition cancellation policy and certain limitations of liability. Both sides agree to these Terms and Conditions is to determine any legal or different question that may emerge amid the trip.

Stunning Adventure booking terms and conditions which are as follows:

  1. Trip Booking

A trip booking is approved and gets to be guaranteed just from the date when the company sends a confirmation receipt or email. After that, an agreement between the Company and the Client comes into presence. The Company claims all authority to rise or drop leaflet costs.

If it’s not too much trouble take note of that the organization would not be responsible for any warranty, earlier agreement, deposit agreement, the depiction of facilities, or situations, other than as stated in this.

  1. Guarantee Requests
  • Nepal Trips

As per our terms and conditions, to confirm the bookings, you need to pay 15% of the total trip cost which is non-refundable and you can send to us by the Bank Transfer (telex transfer or wire transfer). The due money you can pay us upon your arrival in Nepal and before the trip start. When you tailor made the trip from us, you are required to deposit higher amount or full payment.

  • Tibet and Bhutan Trips

With respect to Tibet and Bhutan, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total trip cost is expected along with due airfares. But, If the customer wants the organization to arrange airfare then final payment should be made before 21days of trip departure prior to trip begin date.

  1. Sum charged

According to our terms and conditions, the sum charged to you by your bank while transferring the payment to us or while paying through the credit cards (for an example 3-4% in Nepal) must have to be responsible by yourself.

Kindly note that the sum charged by the bank while transferring the deposit to us must have to be responsible by yourself. Ask your adjacent bank in your city that can send the deposit to our bank.

An additional, please note that we are not responsible for any delay or loss during the transfer process. If in the case due to the use of mediator bank or any other reasons if the money received by us is less than the amount sent, you are requested upon arrival to pay accordingly so that the total is equivalent to the product cost.

E-mail us the bank reference number or remittance slips after you initiate the transfer. Sometimes bank forwards the money with a different name; if we have reference number/remittance slips and sender details, it will be easy for us to check.

Cash and Travelers Cheque

When you arrive in Nepal, you can also pay us due amount in cash as well as Traveller’s cheque. As for cash, we receive US dollar, Euro, Japanese Yen, UK Pounds, and few other acceptable currencies.

Payment by Credit Cards

Visa and Master cards are mostly accepted in Nepal. So they are our favored credit cards. There is a 3-4 percent bank service charge on any payments by credit cards in Nepal. American Express, JCB, and other major credit cards are also accepted but at times they are less convenient.

  1. Service missed or unused

There will be no money refunded or discounted, for missed or unused services, this incorporates voluntary or involuntary termination/departure from the tour, viz. sickness, passing of a relative, late arrival on the trip, or untimely departure either voluntary or involuntary.

  1. Optional Activities

According to terms and conditions, during your trip, there may be opportunities to undertake any other optional activities. You understand Stunning Adventure makes no representations about the safety or quality of the activity or the standard of the independent operator running it. You also understand Stunning Adventure is in no way responsible for safety that you elect to enter into such optional activities. With full knowledge, you may still elect to partake in the activity, and if you do so, you assume full responsibility for any risks involved and should accept and agree that participation is entirely at my own risk.

  1. Cancellation by the Clients
  • If you cancel your trip without any reason on your own or voluntarily leave a trip for any reason, one-time trip starts, your payment or refund will not be given even if it is an unused part of the trip.
  • If clients want to cancel the trip, the clients need to be made in writing and accepted by the company or its agents.
  • In the case of cancellation of participation by the clients and had already made full payments two months before the start of the trip then only 75% of the advance money will be paid back by the Stunning Adventure. But, need to cancel 60-20 days before departure.
  • If you cancel your trip less than 20 days before departure, no refund will be made: 100% of the price of services booked. So, Stunning Adventure strongly recommends you to take out the cancellation insurance at the time of booking from your home country.
  1. Flight delays

As per our terms and conditions, when the airport is prone to cancellation and delays due to the inclement weather in remote areas like; Lukla, Jomsom or other remote airstrips, as this can happen either toward the begin or end of the trek or even both. It is always advisable to allow some layover days (one or two spare days) while planning a flight that involves such flight from a remote region. At that time, Stunning Adventure Pvt. Ltd. Will not be responsible for the additional cost or extra expenses (like; food and accommodation costs) incurred from lost connection which is beyond our control and should be responsible by clients’ their selves on the spot. In the event that if you wish to make an optional plan, for example, Helicopter flight to maintain a strategic distance from flight postpones, all extra cost will be your responsibility.

  1. Change in Itinerary

As per our terms and conditions, if the trip cancels due to any unexpected circumstances like flight cancellation, weather condition, unexpected natural disaster, industrial action, a consequence of strikes, riots, wars, sickness etc. which are not in our control. At that time, we will give you alternative trip of comparative nature and standard. If that trip does not suitable your private interest, we will pay back the money subtracting expenses till that day of the trip how much you have spent. But, any extra expenses incurred due to the cancellation of the trip would be your own responsibility.

  1. Travel Insurance

Actually, your personal travel insurance is not included in your trip cost.  We strongly recommend you that, take out a comprehensive travel insurance prior to your trip from your home country. Your Travel insurance must cover personal accident, medical expenses, emergency evacuation (including helicopter rescue and air ambulance where appropriate) and personal liability (theft of items and materials). We also recommend that it covers trip cancellation, loss of luggage and personal effects.

You must have evidence of travel insurance with you all the time and show it if sensibly asked by the organization representatives or suppliers. If you are not able to give verification of insurance when asked, the organization maintains high authority to cancel or suspend your involvement on a trip, either in specific activities that involve some part of an excursion or including after the commencement of your trip, with no right of refund.

  1. Injuries and Evacuation

Stunning Adventure Company would not be responsible for any harm, health conditions, passionate or different conditions suffered by the customer during the trip. Because in our packages, your personal insurance is not covered. So, we advise the clients to take out the comprehensive travel insurance package including Medical emergency and Helicopter Rescue or evacuation.

  1. Accommodation

All our Accommodation are in light of twin sharing basis and any single supplements will be charged additional or extra costs.

  1. Staffs authority
  • Our guide maintains all authority to remove you from the groups in the event that if you do genuine illegal acts.
  • Our guide has maintained all authority to change the route as necessary and make other alteration for the safety and interest of the group, according to the strolling times of groups, weather difficulties, unexpected natural disaster, the health condition of a group member, etc.
  • Our trekking staffs will always concentrate to provide excellent service to our clients and we want to make sure you that no one of our staffs will harm and steal your stuff or belongings. We cannot be responsible for the unlucky situation of loss or theft or your belongings throughout the trip.
  1. Passport and Visa

Please make sure your passport must be valid for 6 months beyond the length of the trip. Nepal Visa is accessible on landing in Nepal. For Tibet & Bhutan, the organization can make vital courses of action upon request. For India, the customer will need to procure the Visa from their own nation of origin.

It is your compulsion to guarantee that you are in control of the right visas for the nations you are traveling. Stunning adventure can’t acknowledge responsibility in the event that if you are rejected to entry into a nation or spots due to lack of right visa documentation.

  1. Health condition and Special requirements

There are no specific health requirements for entry into Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan, and India. Nevertheless, a preventive measure such as through medical checkup and inoculation before you start travel can save you from the unexpected hazard. However, you should consult your doctor for up to date information regarding vaccination, high height medication etc.

At the time of booking, clients must be expressed in writing to the company of any health conditions, physical conditions or some other mental which may influence wellness to travel. Inability to inform the company may bring about the customer being denied travel. Inability to tell the Company of any such condition that outcomes in undoing will bring about 100% cancellation fees to the Client.

A few trips may be unsatisfactory for clients because of age, adaptability, pregnancy, physical or mental conditions. It is the client’s obligation to check preceding booking. The Company is not liable to give any special facilities unless it has agreed to do as such in writing. The Company will do its best to meet clients exceptional request including some dietary, however, such demands do not come under the form of the contract and in this manner the company is not obligated for not providing these request.

Medical facilities differ from nation to nation and please be aware that the medical facilities are not of the same standard you might expect at home. The company makes no guarantee in connection to the standard of such treatment. So, it is strongly recommending that you must carry a personal first aid kit as well as sufficient quantity of personal medical requirements.
