Devi’s Fall

Flowing right through the city, the boisterous Seti river runs completely underground in the most places. Amazingly, at certain points the river appears hardly two-meter-wide but over 20 meter in depth. Mahendra Pool, a small bridge near the old mission Hospital provides a perfect view of the river’s dreadful rush and the deep gorge made by its powerful flow.

The Old Town of Pokhara    

Pokhara traditional bazaar is colorful and so are its ethnically diverse traders. It’s temples and monuments can be linked to the Newar architecture of the Kathmandu Valley. Located about four km from the lakeside, the market’s original charm is still alive.

Bindhyabasini Temple

It is the center of religious activity in the old Pokhara town. It is dedicated to the goddess Bhagwati, yet another manifestation of sakti (the female power). Boating in Phewa Lake

Boating in Begnas Lake and Rupa lake

Mahendra Cave

Matepani Gumba

Day 01

Arrival at Kathmandu or Pokhara Nepal (1400m)

Upon your arrival in International Airport in Kathmandu, representative from the office will come to pick up you and transfer to the Hotel and offer you the welcome drinks. Day 02

Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara or you may choose to fly (Drive 6hrs/Fly25m)

Starting from Kathmandu, you are driven to The Pokhara or you may choose to fly. The beautiful lake city. where you can relax and enjoy the beauty of Nature along with stunning views of Himalayan peaks, like Mt. Annapurna, Mt. Fishtail etc. Enroute between Kathmandu and Pokhara on the way you will see more of countryside that offers greeneries, villages, rivers, farms & beautiful mountain sceneries.

Day 03

Things to do in Pokhara Nepal Sightseeing

Early in the morning you will leave for the Sarangkot, a hill station for the amazing sunrise view from the magnificent view of mountain which are seems so close. Overlooking the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges in the north and Pokhara city in the south. After spending few hours on the hill station, you will back to continue for touring the city’s standards. Davis fall, locally known as Patale Chhango is an awesome waterfall that flows directly in to a narrow and deep canal which has no end.

Another, Gupteshwor cave (3km long) is located near Davis fall’s, dedicated to the lord Shiva, a supreme Hindu god. From deep into the cave you will see the water endless of the Davis fall. You will also do some boating on the Fewa Lake. Visit International Mountain Museum. Day 04

Drive Pokhara to Nayapul (1.5hrs) and trek to Ghandruk (1940m, 6 hr trek)

Again today, you are driven 2hrs/45km to Nayapul, where you start your trek. This is the confluence of Modi River draining Annapurna base camp and Burungdi River. Walking along the Modi River you will reach at the Syauli bazar. After that you will climb up on the stone steps on to the Ghandruk. Where you will spend your night and from where you can see the panoramic view of Annapurna and Fishtail. This is the home to the Gurung people who are worldwide fame as a Ghorkha soldiers and in the evening you can go to visit traditional Gurung Museum which determine apparently the ancient culture.

Day 05

Landruk via Jhinu (1565 m, 6 hr)

After descending, you will incline and walk in the narrow trail, passing the trace field and beautiful houses, you will reach at the bank of the Modi River which is flowing through the Annapurna Glacier. After crossing from the unique wooden bridge, you will head up to the Jhinu and descent to the Natural hot spring, where you will take your recover bath and rejoin the same trail in on and cross the suspension bridge, you will trek to the Landruk walking through bank of river with cool air of the forest with peace of mind. Where you will spend your night. It is also a home to the Gurung people. From where you can see the close up view of Mt. Annapurna and Hiunchuli.

Day 06

Pothana (1900m, 5hr)

The trek begins downhill and offers views of the Annapurna mountain range. You will pass more Gurung villages allowing you to see the huge farming communities in which they live in. Passing on, you will reach the villages of Pothana. Here, you will spend your night. From here, you can enjoy the first view of Pokhara.

Day 07

Phedi- Drive to Pokhara (915m, 3hrs trek, 30min drive)

Very soon the trek is close to end. From Pothana, you will descend to the Phedi. Along the way you will pass rice fields and small cottages. After you reached at Phedi, you are driven back to the Pokhara, the beautiful lake city, where you can experience the different activities like Paragliding, Ultra-light, Pokhara sightseeing, Cycling etc.

Day 08 – 09

Exploration Day in Pokhara

After your breakfast, you again drive for sunrise view in Sarangkot and go for sightseeing tour over Seti Gandaki River Gorge, old town of Pokhara, Bindhyabasini temple, Mahendra Cave, Matepani Gomba and hidden lake of Pokhara, Begnas and Rupa lake.

Day 10

Drive back to Kathmandu

You will return back to Kathmandu.
